Data from Planio is not updated
Background
Currently, the incremental update is not working properly. If we assign an issue to a new parent, then the update timestamp in planio is not properly updated. As a result, these changes are not picked up by the incremental update.
Workaround
As a workaround, we are always deleting the data up to the beginning of the previous month. This is not ideal, but it works.
Possible Problems and How to Fix Them
However, if you see data not being correctly updated, then you can try the following:

delete the issues and the worklog tables in the DWH

re-run the data update Azure Function
