Demo Meeting

Process Details

• Organizer: Scrum Manager

• Participants: all dev team members

• Frequency: Weekly, on Fridays (or on the last day of a sprint in case of holidays)

• Trigger: Recurring meeting

Preparation

1. Each team member prepares the demo board, by ordering in the way he wants to demo: https://pwrp.plan.io/agile/board?project_id=s0&query_id=9

Agenda

1. Scrum Manager shows Demo Board: https://pwrp.plan.io/agile/board?project_id=s0&query_id=9

2. Round robin, each team member gets 10 minutes to show off

3. other team members can challenge an issue

4. if everybody agrees, issue is moved from done to verified

• all issues that are finished according to the DoD have status Verified
