Planning Meeting Preparation for Relationship Manager

Process

  1. The RM is the PM for the Default Order (i.e. issues not assigned to an order - the ones on an order will be covered by the planning-meeting-preparation-project-manager).

    1. For your Clients, go through the issues that are not assigned to an Order: https://pwrp.plan.io/projects/s0/agile/board?query_id=52 (NOTE: you need to set the RM explicitly in the filter)
    2. For each Issue check if it is indeed not coming from an order. Assign it to the correct order if necessary.
    3. check status
    4. check if existing issues are still valid, else delete
    5. create issues for next sprints (minimum: next sprint, better 2 sprints)
  2. Big Picture for the client

    1. Review Planning Board (by Client and by RM): https://pwrp.plan.io/projects/s0/agile/board?query_id=54
    2. select yourself as an RM
    3. challenge red flags or question marks with the PMs (for projects of which you are not also PM), before the meeting
    4. create additional tasks if necessary
    5. identify communication requirements with the client and create tasks if necessary
