Greenshot

Greenshot is a free tool to capture your screen (take screen shots).

You can use it to create nice numberings for documentation.

However, there is one annoying feature: if you have many open windows and want to close them all, there is a dialog for each instance.

You can overwrite this behaviour be changing the setting in the ini file.

Proceed as follows:

  1. close GreenShot editor

  2. find the ini file. On my PC, it is here C:\Users\ChristophGlur\AppData\Roaming\Greenshot

  3. Find the setting SuppressSaveDialogAtClose and set it to True

  4. Save the ini file

  5. Open GreenShot
