• Makes project-offers (at the request of and with information by the the relationship-manager)
• Checks monthly hours as part of the monthly-timelog-review process
• Decides which hours are not billable
• Sends Monthly Project Invoices as part of the client-invoice-creation
• Sets the Projects to Verified (this is especially important for Fixed Price projects, where the planio.Order is set to Verified by the AM only once the Order is invoiced)
• Escalation
  • Answers complaints by client and grants credit-notes
