  • Develop Project as General Contractor

  • Procure builders / subcontractors

  • Manage construction phases

Variations:

  • The building can (and normally is) built in a joint venture. In this case, an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) is created for the construction. Once completed, the BUILDING is sold to the HOLDCO, i.e. a holding company.

The HOLDCO is a fund/portfolio of warehouses in which Heylen owns a stake, e.g. 50%.
