  • Proactively manages the relationship with a client, e.g.
    • Suggests additional ideas / dashboards to client
    • Calls relationship meetings with the client and visits the client regularly
  • Single point of contact of client for content/delivery topics (commercial aspects are handled by the account-manager)

• Delivery

  • project-manager for the Default project (i.e. planio tasks without parent task)
  • Prepares the weekly sprint by performing the planning-meeting-preparation-project-manager
  • Fights for resources and priorities in the planning-meeting and the standup-meeting
  • Checks the logged hours as part of the weekly-timelog-review-meeting
  • Assigns support tickets to team members
