• Client is onboarded: New Client Onboarding

Quote and Order

1. create "Quote" in bexio

2. send to client → Quote is set from Draft to Pending

3. either

   1. client accepts in bexio → Quote is automatically set to Accepted in bexio (preferred)
   2. client accepts per email → you manually set the status in bexio to Accepted

4. create "Order" in bexio (use command in Quote) and send to Client. (We do not require signature, but sometimes they do it)

Order only (no Quote)

If agreement by phone or by email.

1. create "Order" in bexio

2. send to client from bexio

3. create Order in planio, in the right project/channel (sonical, pwrp wf, pwrp zh)

   1. Ticker: Order
   2. Name: \(Order-Number\) \(company-code\) \(title\)
   3. Company
   4. Start date: as agreed with the client
   5. Estimated time and Original time estimate: as agreed with the client, and as in bexio order
   6. Order Number: as in bexio
