Heylen Warehouses is a company of the Heylen Group based in Herentals, east of Antwerp.
We held a consulting with their management team on 16. November 2022.

Heylen Warehouses has about 6 PMs, each running about 1-3 projects. In total, there is about 200k m2 in development.
Perspectives

Portfolio: As a shareholder, I want to see key KPIs such as WALT, and a tool to analyse the contributors to the KPI

Pipeline: As a manager, I want to understand the pipeline (land, development) so I can plan resources.

Projects: report project health status of LD, BP, RE projects

In the first phase of this project, we focus on perspective 1: Portfolio.

QUESTION: We said a CONTRACT can span multiple RENTAL_SPACES. Is a contract always on a single POOL_SPACE, or can it span multiple POOL_SPACEs? Can it span multiple BUILDINGs?
