Process for project-managers

  1. Go through the Orders of which you are project manager:

    1. Internal: https://pwrp.plan.io/projects/s0/agile/board?query_id=15
    2. External: https://pwrp.plan.io/projects/s0/agile/board?query_id=109
  2. For each order (aka project, also known as planio parent task):

    1. check status
    2. check if existing issues are still valid, else delete
    3. create issues for next sprints (minimum: this week, better 2 sprints)
    4. check time spent in time_reporting > Project Reports. If there is an overrun (now or to be expected), raise it with the relationship-manager and discuss possible actions.
    5. book the time you need for this on a task of the order, e.g. on a dedicated project management task for that order

    • no ticket has actual times >= estimate
