Process for project-managers

Go through the Orders of which you are project manager:

For each order (aka project, also known as planio parent task):
- check status
- check if existing issues are still valid, else delete
- create issues for next sprints (minimum: this week, better 2 sprints)
- check time spent in time_reporting > Project Reports. If there is an overrun (now or to be expected), raise it with the relationship-manager and discuss possible actions.
- book the time you need for this on a task of the order, e.g. on a dedicated project management task for that order

- Issues
- issues for current sprint are created and assigned
- they have an estimate
- no ticket has actual times >= estimate
