Introduction
Deltaworx is an employment agency for student staffing and recently also for young professionals.
They developed their own app to match students with jobs.
In the student staffing offer they have 2 services:
- Selection: search + payroll
- Ad hoc (e.g. catering)
- Stable (e.g. Albert Heijn, groceries store)
- Talentbased (e.g. accountant)
- Payroll: no search, client brings student, delta does payroll
They make use of 2 invoicing types:
- Fixed fee e.g. 20 €/h
- Multiplier: calculated on gross wage
Currently, they only operate in Belgium. They have 3 "Clubhouses" and another 4 "Student Pools" spread across Flanders, the HQ is in Antwerp.
