SAP B1 (Business One)

We are using SAP BI as main data source. B1 is the "small" SAP for SMEs, it has fewer modules and less programmability features. Check out our section on B1.

Indufarm (#indu) is also using SAP B1, though there the SAP consultant created CSV exports from database / SQL scripts.

SAP B1 can be accessed through the Service Layer. There is a set of calls included in our Postman workspace.

Access

To access the B1 Service Layer for testing, proceed as follows:

Prerequisites:

• access to the cgk vault in 1password
• access to the pwrp workspace in Postman

Steps:

1. connect with the VPN to CGK

2. find the SAP B1 Service Layer Collection in Postman

3. in the collection, check the variables for URL, User and Password

4. Execute the login call
