Introduction

Indufarm sells products for agricultural products (e.g. hygiene, water quality, pest control). It was founded a few years ago by a team of experienced managers and quickly grew into a dominant player in Belgium. They have exclusive distribution rights for some brands, but also have some own brands.

Indufarm is now ready for the next level. They aspire to move from a product company to a solution provider.

The management team wants to grow and to scale up. They do this by moving from a sales manager role into a strategic director role. To this end, they are hiring a CEO. The dashboards are a tool that will support them in giving the CEO the right guidance to execute on the strategy.
