Planning Meeting

The goal of the planning meeting is to organize and prioritize the workload for the upcoming sprint within a scrum), ensuring that the project remains on track and aligns with the sprint's objectives. The meeting is a collaborative effort involving Delivery Team Members, Project Managers, and the Scrum Master, with a focus on assessing the progress of ongoing tasks, planning for new sprint tasks, and addressing any challenges that may impact the delivery of project milestones.

  4. Each relationship-manager does the planning-meeting-preparation-relationship-manager
