Introduction

Profilec sells domestic appliances to consumers.
They sell through the following channels:

  • Shop: a physical shop with an exhibition room
  • Webshop: their own web shop
  • BOL: an online merchant

Profilec is considering adding more channels in the future.

Their clients come from various countries, but mostly from Belgium and the Netherlands.

They have their own warehouse, but also use the drop shipping service offered by BOL (LVB, levering via bol).

They deliver using Post NL, the LVB service. Large appliances (e.g. stove, TV) are delivered via Dynalogic, a service provider that also offers installation of the applicances.

Profilec would like to know what its profitability and margin is.
