Bookkeeper

Assigned per legal entity. Generally speaking, the bookkeeper runs all the daily, and some monthly finance processes.

Specifically, the bookkeeper:

• Creates and sends the Monthly Invoices client-invoice-creation
• Manages account receivables reminder-management
• Manages account payables accounts-payables
• Reconciles the bank accounts with the books month-end-closing
